Dental implants are the treatment of choice when teeth are missing or teeth are too damaged to repair and will need to be removed. The Dental Implant which is essentially a metallic screw mimicking the roots of teeth are placed in the jaw bone and crowns and/or bridges are attached to them giving the look and feel of natural teeth. Implants can also be used to anchor loose dentures.
